I woke up excited, as today we will cross the Sea Of Cortez. It will take 24 hours if we sail at an average of 5 Knots. The winds are forecasted to be blowing at 8-12 Knots on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday and Sunday the winds are increasing to 15-25 and gusting up to 28 Knots. I would prefer to sail in 12 Knots, so I will be pulling anchor this morning. I hope the forecast holds and we will be arriving to Guaymas tomorrow morning, preferably in daylight, so holding off on departure until sun rises is wise. But I am excited, so I will make another cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise! Goodmorning World!
