…. Where women, long ago, used to order the latest fashion from Paris and to be transported by passenger ships and explorers arriving in Tromsø from all over Europe. Visitors arriving to Tromsø were surprised to see such well dressed women, in such high altitudes.
I flew from Oslo to Tromsø on December 20, knowing it would be the last day to see the sun until returning to southern Scandinavia again.
My visit has been filled with family, snow, northern lights, sauna and ice bathing, reindeer, lutefisk and Glögg! This is truly an amazing place!
